Having an education may be insufficient to qualify for registration.  To qualify as a Florida Registered Environmental Professional, one must have actual experience in Florida.

Florida has many unique ecosystems and regulations unparalleled in other states. To effectively advise you on how your project will affect Florida, specific knowledge of Florida is needed. At least two years of experience working in Florida is required for registration.
