Registration Criteria

• Registration in any area of practice must be supported by education and continuing education.
• Registration in any area of preactice must be supported by at least two years of experience in Florida
• FREP's agree to conduct themselves professionally in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the Standards of Practice of the Environmental Professionals of Florida Inc.
• FREP's agree to abide by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws as they apply to membership status.
• FREP's agree that failure to adhere to the terms of registration or to the Ethics and Standards of Practice may result in the revocation of the registration status.
• Corporate members agree to make certain that only comparably Registered Environmental Professionals supervise work within the corporate registered areas of practice.
